Department of Operational Management – Faculty Business Administration is one of four major departments established in 2005, responsible for the design and development of academic programs in specific details in accordance with bachelor programme standards for students in both Business Administration and Marketing Management majors. In a sense of non-stop efforts and improvement in all aspects, the Dept. has gradually satisfied the requirements of educational standards as well as the new innovations suitable for the modern teaching programs.

The team of Department of Operational Management has 20 lecturers holding extensive experience, professional skills, high qualifications, well-trained degrees from leading institutional organizations of Vietnam and other countries. There are 4 PhD, 6 PhD students, and 10 MSc.

Responding to the commonly educational trends of the society, the Dept. has played an important role to support the whole Faculty of Business Administration to provide the students with highly professional knowledge and soft skills in order to meet the requirement of both national and international enterprises. In addition, the Dept. also contributed the energy for the successes of other academic activities such as the Scientific conferences for both students and instructors, the startup contest among students, and many other teamworking activities that help students build up the good base for their future prospects.
