The signing ceremony of cooperation on the establishment of the Human Resources Training Center with Distribution industry in Ho Chi Minh City

On April 14, 2017, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) and the Korea Development Reform Institute (ReDI), the International Cooperation Department – Ministry of Industry and Trade signed a cooperation agreement on the establishment of the Human Resources Training Center for Distribution of LOTTE-KOICA (LKC ) in Ho Chi Minh City.

The establishment and operation of the Human Resource Training Center of LOTTE-KOICA (LKC) in Ho Chi Minh City is an integral component of LOTTE-KOICA Project approved under Decision No. 4362 / QD-BCT of Minister of Industry and Trade (MoIT) November 2, 2016.

At the signing ceremony, on the side of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, there were Mr. Le Huu Phuc – Director of International Cooperation Department; Mr. Lai Tuan Vuong, Head of Southern Training – Fostering Department, Department of Human Resource Development. About ReDI, there is TS. Lee Tae Joo – Director of ReDI Institute; Dr. Kim Young Wook – Professional training development specialist; Ms. Lee Sun Ju – Project Manager. On the IUH side, there is TS. Nguyen Thien Tue – Principal of the school; The Board of Directors and representatives of the Head of the functional department, Head of the industrial training unit.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of both sides were very excited and excited when the LOTTE-KOICA Project was implemented in Ho Chi Minh City, which IUH was selected as the location of the Project Management Office (PMO). for operating and managing projects. The leaders of the two sides believe that the project will successfully implement and train much workforce of the distribution industry to supply the domestic and foreign labor market.

Under the plan, LKC in Ho Chi Minh City provides short-term training courses suitable for groups of students such as Job seekers; people need to be professionally trained; Small traders with a training time of 1 week, two weeks or 1.5 months depending on the subject.
