Phân Công nhiệm vụ và chức năng của  Trưởng bộ môn

    • Quản lý chuyên môn các học phần thuộc bộ môn quản lý;
    • Chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung, chất lượng, tiến độ giảng dạy của những môn học được giao trong chương trình đào tạo, kế hoạch giảng dạy chung của khoa;
    • Xây dựng và hoàn thiện nội dung môn học;
    • Xây dựng giáo trình, tài liệu tham khảo phù hợp với nội dung môn học được Trưởng khoa giao;
    • Phân công GV biên soạn bài giảng, giáo trình;
    • Nghiên cứu đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy; tổ chức kiểm tra, đánh giá quá trình và kết quả học tập của sinh viên theo quy định của nhà trường;
    • Nghiên cứu khoa học và phát triển công nghệ, thực hiện các dịch vụ khoa học và công nghệ theo kế hoạch của trường và khoa;
    • Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển đội ngũ của bộ môn; tham gia đào tạo, bồi dưỡng đội ngũ giảng viên, nghiên cứu viên thuộc lĩnh vực chuyên môn;
    • Phối hợp tổ chức đánh giá công tác quản lý, hoạt động đào tạo, hoạt động khoa học và công nghệ của cá nhân, của bộ môn, của khoa và trường theo yêu cầu của Trưởng khoa;
    • Tổ chức đánh giá, bình bầu giảng viên thuộc phạm vi quyền hạn của tổ Bộ môn;
    • Phân công lịch giảng dạy cho giảng viên trong tổ bộ môn;
    • Phân công GV biên soạn, xét duyệt và chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung ngân hàng câu hỏi, đề thi tự luận thuộc bộ môn quản lý; phân công giảng viên chấm chéo;
    • Phân công các buổi dự giờ giảng viên;
    • Phân công công tác nghiên cứu khoa học;
    • Tổ chức những buổi hội thảo chuyên môn, NCKH;
    • Tham gia và phân công biên soạn đề cương chi tiết khi trưởng khoa yêu cầu;
    • Ký duyệt hồ sơ giảng viên thuộc bộ môn quản lý;
    • Ký duyệt sổ báo bù, báo kết thúc môn;
    • Tham gia công tác đảm bảo chất lượng và kiểm định AUN-QA của khoa;
    • Nhắc nhở giảng viên thực hiện đầy đủ, trọn vẹn trách nhiệm và tác phong, đạo đức của nhà giáo;
    • Định kỳ vào thứ 2 tuần thứ 4 của mỗi tháng, báo cáo với Trưởng Khoa về tình hình hoạt động của Bộ Môn trong tháng và các kiến nghị đề xuất (nếu có);
    • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ công tác khác do Trưởng khoa khoa phân công.
