IUH and ASU academic cooperation agreement signing ceremony

On October 2, 2018, at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), the signing ceremony of the academic cooperation agreement between IUH and the Angelo State University, USA (ASU) was held. This is a collaborative program supported by Ellacy Global Education (EGE).

Attending the signing ceremony, towards ASU, there were Dr. Jae Won Lee – Executive Director (Asia Region), Vice Principal in charge of academics; Mr. Nguyen Tan Cuong – EGE Executive Director and Ms. Nguyen Que Chi – EGE Chairman. Welcoming the delegation, there were Dr. Nguyen Chi Hieu – Vice Rector of IUH; Assoc. Dam Sao Mai – Head of Administration & International Cooperation Department; Dr. Le Ngoc Son – Head of Graduate Management Department and leaders of some specialized faculties participated in the training cooperation program.

Angelo University is a US public university in Texas founded in 1928, with nearly 10,000 students. The school has been accredited by prestigious organizations such as the Southern University Commission (SACS), the Granting Committee for Business Training Units and Programs (ACBSP) … Training Program Bachelor’s degree includes Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Information Management System, Marketing, Biology, Chemistry, Civil Engineer, Language English, Communication … ASU students receive scholarships from Carr and EGE Scholarship Funds on each level based on the students’ academic results.

Through discussions, the two sides agreed to cooperate with the 2 + 2 transition training program for Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting, English Language, Computer Science, and Resource Management. and environment; student exchange program, lecturer exchange; Research exchange cooperation program. At the same time, IUH is also ready to receive foreign lecturers, especially ASU’s lecturers to attend short-term courses for students.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the two schools expressed their desire to further develop cooperative relationships so that lecturers and students have the opportunity to learn, exchange and learn knowledge. Dr. Jae Won Lee thanked the Board of Directors, leaders of the units for warmly and thoughtfully welcoming the delegation and hoped to welcome teachers and students to ASU to work and study. in the shortest time.
