Relations between The University and enterprises on training need to demonstrate sustainable bilateral cooperation, since enterprises are transferred scientific research findings, and are provided talents as required by the university.
[app3s_image title=” image_id=10787 display_type=2]Being aware of the crucial role of this connection, the Faculty of Business Administration held a conference on Enterprise relations to collect the companies’ ideas for developing a training program, especially the requirements for the graduates’ necessary skills and knowledge.
[app3s_image title=” image_id=10788 display_type=2] [app3s_image title=” image_id=10789 display_type=2]In addition, this was also a great chance for students to express their opinions, desires and raise questions on the required knowledge, skills, and attitude to satisfy businesses’ requirements. The enterprises not only reply students’ questions, but also discuss with FBA’s board of management and lecturers to improve training program, teaching methods, additional skills and knowledge, and the possibility of adopting students to conduct their internship in companies.
[app3s_image title=” image_id=10790 display_type=2]The conference ended with the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by FBA-IUH and enterprises on transferring scientific research findings, training and providing human resources, offering ideas for developing training program suitable with enterprises’ need, adopting students to take an internship at companies, recruiting graduates, etc.
